APM News APM is always brainstorming, looking for new projects and finding ways to improve upon existing products and technology. Over the past year, APM has been working on several projects, including new products and an expansion. APM has teamed with one of its long time customers, National Dairy / Promised Land Dairy, to produce two new PET bottles. Through an extensive engineering process, these new bottles are being constructed to perfectly fit their dairy products. This project will also take APM into the new arena of "sleeved" containers. The upcoming 14 ounce and 32 ounce PET bottles will make their way to stores' shelves in 2010. Also in 2010, APM will be adding a couple of new closures to its product line. The 28mm CT and 38mm CT closures are being designed and built to appeal to markets in both quality and price. Keep an eye out for a newly designed, revolutionary plastic milk crate. This new design is scheduled to be in production in 2010.
APM has expanded its state-of-the-art facility to accommodate various new pieces of equipment. At the heart of the expansion is the new 1700 CFM compressor, which has the capability to run our entire 30,000 square foot facility. Not only are we expanding our current facility, but plans are underway to build a new distribution facility on 18-acres of nearby commercial property, complete with an adjoining rail spur. APM future plans are to grow in every aspect of the business and to continue to strive to rise above industry standards.
